Description: It's The Brady kids meets the Texas Chainsaw Massacre in this heartwarming, stomach-churning tale of a not so typical American family that unexpectedly finds itself caught up in a web of death, deceit and dismemberment.
Gore/Violence: You would think a movie called Woodchipper Massacre would have tones of gore in it right! RIGHT! .... Not really. This movie shows a little bit of blood, but not much else.
Body Count: 2. One stabbing, followed by a trip to the wood chipper, and another by just the wood chipper.
Nudity & Sexuality: Nope
Death Scenes: There really aren't any great death scenes. You would think a Wood chipper would make a great death scene, but we only see the body go in, not really any of the after effects.
Acting/Storyline: The acting in this movie is meh at best. A lot of over acting in this movie, which actually helped me get through this movie. The storyline has tonnes of potential, but due to the lack of special effects and budget it didn't turn out to be the best movie in the world, but certainly NOT the worst.
Final Rating: I went into this movie thinking it was going to be a load of crap. With a name like Wood Chipper Massacre I assumed a very bad movie. But it wasn't that bad. The bad choices they made in this movie made me cringe, but that means it was a good movie, right? I wouldn't consider this movie a horror movie though. Even though it is apart of their RETRO 80's Horror Collection. One thing I can tell you for sure. This movie features one of the worst examples of air guitar I have ever seen!
