Ghoul School

1989 (Re-released March 13, 2007) - Rated: Unrated
Runtime: 90 Minutes

Studio: Camp Motion Pictures

Director: Timothy O'Rawe

Writer(s): Timothy O'Rawe

Staring: Nancy Sirianni, Anthony Scavone, Richard Bright, Carl Burrows, Ed Burrows

Description: Two criminals accidently release toxic chemicals into the school's water supply and anyone who comes into contact with the water transform into flesh eating zombies. Now the only hope for the city is a couple of horror movie nerds and a very untalented metal band.

Gore/Violence: There was a good amount of gore in this one. There was intestines ripped out, a pole through the eye, and a good amount of blood.

Body Count: Well if you count the zombies in the body count plus the people that the zombies killed, the body count was alright. If you compare this movie to any other zombie movie, this movie will get blown out of the water when it comes to body count.

Nudity & Sexuality: Nope not in Ghoul school. The cover does give you the impression that there is going to be some boobies flopping around but there is not. Plus the cheerleader on the cover is not even in the movie.

Death Scenes: There were nothing special about the death scene, we've seen them all before, broken neck, intestines ripped out, head blown off. Some of the death scenes were nice and bloody just not original.

Acting/Storyline: Honestly, the storyline is not that good. I've seen a lot of zombie movies in my time and this is not one the better ones. I actually watched this movie with BiGMaN and we were laughing all the way through this movie. This movie is way more entertaining watching it with friends, I would not have been able to watch this movie all the way through alone.

Also, the zombies don't even look like zombies, they are just painted blue and run after the people. IF you are looking for cool looking zombies, you will not find it in this movie.

Now what do you think I'm going to say about the acting?? Well it was cheesy. There were some really funny parts in the movie, Jackie the Jokeman had some funny jokes, the basket-ball team was so bad it was funny, and the heavy metal band stop play before the music stopped which was hilarious.

Final Rating: You can only watch this movie with friends. Its one of those types of movies that is horrible to watch alone, and very entertaining watching it with friends

Shustaines gives this movie 2/5 severed heads!
