Description: A forestry company performs genetic experiments in order to increase their logging in a remote forest. After a horrible accident involving one of the trees and a logger, he is transformed into a zombie-like creature. Now the rest of the loggers and activists must work together and try to make it out of the forest.
Gore/Violence: There is a fair amount of gore in this movie, but when shown it seems really fake. There is a lot of violence in this movie though. Zombies tear apart anyone that gets it their grasp.
Body Count: A really high body count in this movie. Some come back as zombies and get killed again as well!
Nudity & Sexuality: Nope. Not really
Death Scenes: Meh. Not the best death scenes in the world. Most of the kills are bashing zombies' heads in. Basically all we get to see there is blood splattering all over the place. There was one death scene that had a lot of potential, but they did not show it. It was at the beginning involving a giant saw that cuts the logs into pieces, but the death wasn't shown, only the blood.
Acting/Storyline: The acting was all right, but did seem annoying at times. But I blame that more on the storyline than the acting though. The storyline did not have much going for it. Zombies kill people, people run away. That's basically the entire storyline; nothing new and creative is added to this zombie movie that separates it from the rest.
Final Rating: The movie had enough action to keep my attention, but it did not blow me away. I found the storyline uncreative, and uninteresting. Maybe if something new was added to the basic zombie movie storyline, but nothing in this movie separates it from the hundreds of wannabe zombie movies out there.
