Description: Spanish tourists encounter a town that is over ran by flesh-eating zombies... caused by mad cow.
Gore/Violence: This movie has some cheesy gore, and terrible violence. The gore seems to be way over the top, and there is always blood squirting out of a zombie after it gets stabed, or have a limb severed. (Zombies are dead, so they do not have a heart beat, so blood would not squirt out of them like it did in this movie). I'm not saying that this doesn't happen in other zombie movies, but this seemed to be way over the top. The violence was terrible. For example, they shoved a twig into a zombie's eye, and shot various projectiles into zombies with superb accuracy.
Body Count: I hate doing this for zombie movies. Of course there is a high body count, it's the basis of the movie. But I never know how to classify the zombies dying. I think from now on I will classify the death of a zombie as a redeath. Since they died once, and put down again, it makes sence to me. :-) But yes, a high body count, deaths, and redeaths.
Nudity & Sexuality: Nope. Too much running around to get naked. Would have helped this movie though.
Death Scenes: TERRIBLE! Some of the most over the top death scenes ever! They shot a shovel wooden handle first through a zombie! A girl shot a high heal shoe from like 20 feet away and killed a zombie! Over the top death scenes ruined the movie in this one.
Acting/Storyline: The acting was alright. I'm not saying it was great, but compaired to the rest of the movie it was the good. The storyline was pretty good. It could have been made into a good movie, but unfortunately it wasn't.
Final Rating: I think I bitched about everything that pissed me off about this movie already, so I do not have much to say here. It's just that I LOVE zombie movies, and it seems that this sub-genre of horror is the most butchered. Slasher films come close, but it seems like everyone thinks they can make a kick ass zombie movie, but they CAN'T!
