The Quick and the Undead

December 5, 2006 - Rated: 18A / R
Runtime: 80 Minutes

Studio: Anchor Bay

Director: Gerald Nott

Writer(s): Gerald Nott

Staring: Clint Glenn Parrish Randall Erin McCarthy Nicola Giacobbe

Description: Eighty Five years ago a viral outbreak turned three quarters of the world population into the walking dead. Now, in this new west, a new breed of Bounty Hunters are humanity's only salvation. They are hunters who seek the undead for gold.

Gore/Violence: With every zombie movie you will find gore and violence. This movie has tones of gore and violence. The only bad thing is it has cheesy special effects that make the gore look like crap and fake most of the time.

Body Count: A lot of people die in this movie, as well as zombies dying again.

Nudity & Sexuality: ummm... Nope. :-(

Death Scenes: Not the greatest death scenes in the world. As I mentioned above this movie has terrible special effects. And to top it off the death scenes are so unoriginal.

Acting/Storyline: The storyline seemed like a good idea. To pull it off all they needed was a good budget, some good actors. The acting wasn't that great in this movie as well.

Final Rating: As you may have noticed by my constant ripping apart of this movie over the course of my review, I didnt like this movie that much. It had potential, but the actors could not pull it off. But I wont put the whole blame of them. There was some parts of the movie that were just plane boring. Overall a terrible movie.

BiGMaN gives this movie 1.5/5 severed heads!
